How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and dispatch orders from our warehouses in California from Monday to Friday. Approximately 95% of our online orders are expected to reach you within 3 to 5 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. 

What shipping methods do you provide?

At present, we collaborate with DHL UPS Fedex USPS to offer ground shipping for all orders. It's important to note that we currently do not provide expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Please consider this information while placing your order and plan accordingly.

Where Do You Ship?

We offer shipping services to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that we do not provide shipping to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?

We will ship your order within 24 hours on working days. We will keep you informed if any emergency occurs and the order cannot be shipped.

What's the Shipping Fee?

Currently, we offer free shipping for orders sent to the Continental USA. However, shipping charges for Discontinuous states are based on actual shipping costs. Stay informed about future updates on regular shipping rates by subscribing to our newsletter.

What is order status information?

In case the item is out of stock or if we require additional information for shipping verification, we will reach out to you directly.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipment tracking information.
